Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prepzora, a WhatsApp-based WAEC and JAMB exam preparation service, and participation in our Teacher/Affiliate Program, both operated by Prepzora Technologies Limited ("Prepzora," "we," "us"). By messaging our WhatsApp number, registering as a student, or submitting our Teacher/Affiliate onboarding form, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Prepzora delivers gamified multiple-choice practice questions for WAEC and JAMB through WhatsApp, including streaks, XP, leaderboards, and instant explanations. A free tier and a paid subscription tier are available, as described on our website. Prepzora also operates a Teacher/Affiliate Program allowing educators and partners to refer students and earn commission.

2. Eligibility

Prepzora's student service is intended for secondary school students preparing for WAEC and JAMB. If you are under 18, you should use Prepzora with the awareness and, where applicable, the consent of a parent, guardian, or your school. Teachers and schools registering students on their behalf confirm they have the authority and any necessary consent to do so.

The Teacher/Affiliate Program is open to adults aged 18 and above only, as it involves collection of bank account details for commission payment.

3. Subscriptions and Payment (Students)

  • The Free Tier is available at no cost with limited daily questions and features.
  • The Full Access plan is ₦2,000 per month, granting unlimited questions and full feature access.
  • Payment is processed through our designated payment partner. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid.
  • Subscription is manual and monthly — you choose whether to subscribe each month, and there is no automatic recurring billing.
  • Prices may change with notice posted on our website or sent via WhatsApp.

4. Teacher/Affiliate Program

  • To join, you submit our onboarding form with your name, phone number, email, school/organization, and bank account details for payout.
  • Upon approval, you receive a unique coupon code to share with students.
  • Commission is earned on qualifying student subscriptions made using your coupon code. Commission rates and payout schedules will be communicated to you directly and may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the bank account details you provide are accurate and belong to you. Prepzora is not liable for payouts sent to incorrect account details you supplied.
  • Prepzora may withhold or reverse commission earned through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized referral activity (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts).
  • Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time; commission already earned on legitimate referrals prior to termination will still be paid out.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account access or coupon codes for unauthorized resale.
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute our question bank or content.
  • Use Prepzora to harass, spam, or send abusive messages through WhatsApp.
  • Submit false information (including bank details) on the Teacher/Affiliate onboarding form.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Practice questions, explanations, gamification features, and branding are the property of Prepzora Technologies Limited or our licensors. Students may use this content for personal exam preparation only. Teachers/affiliates may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Prepzora's content outside the intended referral use of their coupon code.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Prepzora is a study aid designed to support exam preparation. While we aim to provide accurate, high-quality practice content, we do not guarantee any specific WAEC or JAMB score or outcome.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a student's access, or a teacher/affiliate's participation in the program, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service. You may stop using Prepzora, cancel a subscription, or withdraw from the Teacher/Affiliate Program at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prepzora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or participation in the Teacher/Affiliate Program, including exam performance outcomes or delays in commission payout caused by incorrect information you provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prepzora, or continued participation in the Teacher/Affiliate Program, after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
